When enrolling with Alice, you may receive a message stating your phone number is already in use. Please reach out to us at support@thisialice.com and we can help you with that!
There are two reasons why this can happen:

You already began enrolling with a different email address. Alice sends enrollment invitations to the email address you have with your employer. You may have begun enrolling at another time with your preferred email address.

You used Alice with a previous employer. Let us know and we can get this updated for you.
