Why can’t I connect my bank?

There are a few reasons why you may not be able to connect your bank with Alice right away.

1. You need to change your search. Example: Try 'American Express' instead of 'Amex'
2. You don't have an online bank account or credit card account set up yet
3. You're trying to connect a small institution that isn't showing up in the list
4. You're trying to connect a prepaid card that is not compatible with Alice
